Support Designed Around the Individual

Guardian Angel Care Services provides compassionate in-home and community-based support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to help each person maintain independence, build skills, participate in their community, and enjoy a safe and fulfilling life.

Services are personalized based on each individual's needs, goals, support plan, and authorized services.

LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT LEVEL I

Companion services provide non-medical support, supervision, socialization, and assistance with community-based activities. Services are designed to help individuals develop greater independence, strengthen social and daily living skills, and participate more fully in their community.

PERSONAL SUPPORT

Personal Supports provide assistance and training with everyday activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, household tasks, mobility, and community participation. Support is personalized according to the individual's needs and support plan.

RESPITE

Respite services provide temporary support when a primary caregiver needs a break or is temporarily unavailable. Our caregivers provide supervision and assistance in a safe, supportive environment while helping families maintain continuity of care.

SUPPORTED LIVING COACH

Supported Living Coaching helps individuals develop the skills needed to live as independently as possible. Support may include assistance with household management, meal preparation, shopping, personal finances, personal care routines, community resources, and other daily living skills.
